i can't remember if i've mentioned here on the blog...for recorded history...that we're currently living in alabama...i'll either be repeating myself OR explaining why in the world we're living in an apartment. after selling our house and starting the building process of a new one, we moved ourselves to alabama to be with daddy as he works on a project. your favorite place to go is an outdoor shopping area that has a splash pad. we've spent MANY hot mornings here. everybody wins. you play in the water and mommy gets to shop after you're finished.
jackson, you will play in the water until your lips are blue...you chin chatters, you have goose bumps all over, your whole body is shaking with cold...and you refuse to get out of the water and dry off.

you two steal other kids' toys...you are the bullies of the splash pad. to the point that mommy went out and got you buckets of your own...which of course you refuse to share...naughty.

my favorite is when the sprayers come up and you're not expecting it and it gets you right in the face...it's really funny.
